Pick-ups & Shipping

I want to pick up my stuff:
- Select your items and add to cart, as you would a normal online order.
- At checkout, select the option for pick-up.
- Proceed to payment.
- Once you've done that you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.
- You will receive another email when your order is ready for pick-up at our shop.

You will pick up your order at:

6 Wilson Street West
Perth, Ontario

Our store hours are:

Wednesday - Saturday 11am-5pm and Sunday 11am-4pm

Please check our website/social media for any updates to our store hours due to holidays or weather related closures.

Please have your order number / email address handy so we can get your order.

But I want shipping. How do you ship?:

- We ship to Ontario and Quebec using Canada Post Expedited.
- Shipping rate is calculated based on the destination. 
- Rate is the same whether you order 1 record or 10 records.
- We do not ship turntables or speakers. These are only available for pickup orders.
- We ship during our regular business hours so orders placed on the weekend may not ship out until Wednesday.
- Once your order is shipped you will receive tracking details.
