Refund policy

If the product you've received is inaccurate or defective, please contact info@backbeatperth.com within 15 days of receiving it. We are here to help!

Returns are best brought directly to our shop at 6 Wilson Street West, Perth, Ontario to avoid extra costs. Please still get in touch first about your return and then check our store hours before heading in.

If you need to ship your return:
The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Once we have received the return, we will ship out a replacement, if available, or provide a refund. The replacement copy that we send out will be opened and inspected before being re-shipped to guarantee a non-defective replacement. If you wish to return an item that is not defective, it must still be factory sealed and in its original condition.
